Travel make-up!

Last week Phil and I house-sat for his boss. The house was a 4 bedroom place in a nice bit of Hackney. It was amazing and the best commute to work ever. I would like to move away from north London like, as soon as possible. But until I start crapping money, that won't happen for a few more months. For now, I thought I would share the make up I brought with me!

DIY OOTD

IMG_1397
Thought I would share this OOTD slash DIY dress job. So I bought this dress around Christmas and it used to have a really long hemline (for me – see last post) like past my knees. Pair that with the time of year and yep, I looked like Mrs. Claus in it.

So last weekend I decided do something about it just sitting in the closet so I got my scissors and sewing kit out and cut and resewed the hem! By hand. Yep, it took FOREVER. But now it looks so much nicer. The waist. Is my favorite!
